Nutritional profile is better, nutrient density is higher, nutritient bioavailability is dramatically better, & the lack of anti-nutrients & inflammatory toxins is the key. You can't fix your skin & gut while continuing to consume the oxalates, phytates, lectins, saponins, tannins, etc that helped wreck you in the first place.

Meat & eggs w salt, water, & maybe some plain whole fat yogurt here or there.

Fuck yeah 12% yogurt. It's like cream, but thicker.

gut biome still fairly undiscovered territory. has its own nervous system.. just now figuring out how communication with the brain works. ive been a big meat eater my whole life, although not necc the right way 😅 always been skinnier than i like.
