DING DING DING! That’s correct! I have no idea where the guard is either, this is the boss’ grinder and I ain’t seen a guard on it since I’ve worked for him lol

Real world shit...that's what most of mine look like, especially with flap discs, the guard really limits you. I do try to run it when practically possible tho, especially with the zips/cutoff discs, I've had them come apart. Face shields never hurt either. If I accidentally drop the grinder, that wheel gets shit canned immediately..

Yeah same here, especially the old style where you had to loosen a damn screw to change guard position (which I’m sure this one was). My personal is a newer Milwaukee cordless, it’s got that fancy quick adjust guard and that’s the bees knees right there.
