If there is language that better fits a concept and is more respectful and inclusive, I see no reason not to use it. Perhaps people are not used to it, but I don't think it distracts too much from the topic. If it does I wouldn't have done a good job in conveying the topic, I think, and it would have stuck out in the first edition.🤷
