When a pool operator's nodes settings represent those of every miner in it, those settings require broad conversation and scrutiny.
This is why these "votes" are best delegated to individual miners itself.
You vote with your hash power.
If a tx is mined with an OP_RETURN in excess of your nodes datacarriersize limit, will your node still index the tx, but dump the additional data?
