These data breeches are getting so ridiculous. Reading this notice letter tells me right away their IT dept is very incompetent. It looks like a 10th grader put this together yet they send it out to thousands of patients.

I don't miss working in healthcare IT, HIPAA is a joke. But it looks like you got the notification faster than some of my bills and claims.
That’s my current FIAT gig. We would be fired if this is how we disclosed our practices and remediation actions.
