netflix on vpn on linux? nope - denied and the errors are all bogus: invalid password. ok, let me reset it - nothing happens... wtf? disconnect vpn, still on linux - no problem. i hate you netflix. thats why i pirate everything: spite and convenience.

the weird thing is that i can watch netflix through the same vpn connection on my phone (literally same connection, from router to vpn, phone and laptop traffic routed through that tunnel). and now that i'm logged in, im good to go back on vpn. i guess its just their login server where theyre applying all of this extra bs. good to know.

Check out a good Usenet provider and you don’t need any of the streaming services anymore.

i've got radarr, sonarr and prowlarr already set up. i'm good. and i love that they handle the files in a way that i can keep seeding the torrents, making the middle finger i wave at netflix and the like even bigger

This is the way

But mostly spite

Paying for Netflix is a scam

agree, but the kids watch it and the interface is way better than plex or jellyfin

if they still cant pirate, they cant blame about what they are seeing.

Our kids just watch some YouTube. I prefer if they watch nothing but sometimes mom and dad need a break 😮‍💨

Yeah for me blocking VPNs is a deal breaker, but for you if it’s a website you can’t live without is at least use a high quality VPN that has split tunneling so you only have to expose activity on that one website

imagine one need to explain his sons why spent money every month on streaming services and verified badges instead of buy cheap sats

Netflix is woke and is used to distract the masses from researching the truth.

Stay away from Netflix and most entertainment.

Don't give them your money.

Do something more productive and if you can pirate pirate pirate.

I'm on linux and use Netflix on VPN all the time. Never had a problem.

Log out, then try to login while still on vpn. Im interested to know if you can login while connected to vpn. Also, which provider? Im on ivpn
