Try to get a lot of water, maybe some tea! If you are not feeling ok you should avoid heavy and fat food... Try eat more pranic food... and if not get better probably some medicine will be needed!

I actually think it’s from drinking black tea before going to bed.

I generally don’t drink straight water gotta be coffee or tea lol

You probably need electrolytes from the caffeine dehydrating you.

I didn’t think of that it’s been a bit since I’ve had my ph balanced ionized electrolyte water shit.

Meaning I should eat more veggies & such?

I am pretty much on the meat only diet, hmmmmm?

Most veggies I get is from soups which I don’t eat unless I’m feeling really sick, flu, cold, sick.
