I actually think it’s from drinking black tea before going to bed.

I generally don’t drink straight water gotta be coffee or tea lol

You probably need electrolytes from the caffeine dehydrating you.

I didn’t think of that it’s been a bit since I’ve had my ph balanced ionized electrolyte water shit.

Probably a good start with pure water.... try at least 1,5 L a day... it will help alkalize the system

I do normally drink ph balanced ionized electrolyte water once a week but it’s been a bit now so it may be the problem.

and there other tecniques as well
