I just cycled back off caffeine. Night and day difference. Caffeine is definitely a drug.

How do you deal with the headaches when trying to ween yourself off of caffeine.

Just power through. Worst of it over after 48 hours. Not so different than an alcohol hangover.

I just drank a small amount of black tea for like two days and then I don’t have any headaches.

Probably don’t need it to finish your expense reports or whatever laptop task people have, but there’s a place in the physical world.

Switching to one serving of hot bean soup in the morning and green leaf soup thereafter. The green leaf definitely gives me a more moderate, smooth energy increase without the crash. If I over do hot bean soup, I often have a moment in the afternoon where I feel like I'm going to doze off. Diminishing returns after one serving.
