3 Quarts. What to do now?

I got 3 quarts from that last batch of rum where I used 6 lbs of brown sugar. Not as many quarts as I got last time. What do you think I ought to do with it?

I am thinking of back-flavoring it. What are your thoughts on what I should do with it as far as flavoring?

Personally I like to char white oak sticks about 1/2" x 1/2" x 4 inches long and use them to flavor my rum. Takes about 2-3 weeks depending on my desired outcome.

Me too, Bill. I did that with my last batch. I made it a spiced rum and then put the charred oak in it to sit for a month. Turned out great! I'm looking for a new way to flavor and was just curious as to what other folks have tried. Thanks for replying! 😀
