What capacity do hotels have there? Are there large conference rooms? How fast and easy is it to get to Cancun and back?

don't know if it'd be a good place but it'd be a beautiful place! there aren't any massive hotels like you'll find in Cancun, nor do I know anything about conference rooms, but there are many hotels and resorts on the island, as well as rentals. it's easy to get to and from, about 20-30 mins by ferry, which goes to Puerto Juarez and the hotel zone, in Cancun
Interesting, the team is also deciding between Cozumel and Cancun.
