Don't think so. Nostr will remain a failed experiment until it can give users 1/ credible exit (relay-decentralise-max), and 2/ consensus on key rotation between client devs... and a few other things.

Jack Dorsey's unwillingness to promote nostr on Rogan etc. speaks volumes.
