You should always pay in cash when available. I empty the FIAT into bitcoin over the course of the month and pay only in cash for everything.

Do to otherwise goes against acting rationally and slows adoption because looking in from the outside people spending btc when they have fiat are irrational actors. Why would you listen to anything they say?
