In an ideal world I would just select the house I want overseas, send bitcoin into multisig escrow thingy, get title deeds, and complete. Just like using Bisq but with added steps for the digital title deed stamping part.

And nobody would care when I got those bitcoin, or at what price I bought and disposed - and the KYC was only for the purpose of land registry.
