Yesterday some really heavy stuff kept coming at me. All I wanted to do was crawl into bed and go to sleep. Instead, I hit the rower.

Five weeks ago, I could barely tow five cycles of five mins with a 60 second break. Slow. Achieving 3500 meters.

Yesterday was a personal best. 8 cycles of 5 mins with 45 second rest, achieving over 7900 meters.

This reset made the rest of the day's tasks possible, despite the drama.

The best exercise equipment I ever bought was a WorkFit exercise bike that has a platform for my laptop. I don't allow myself any computer time, other than while pedaling, until I have put in an hour on the bike. I can easily check/clear emails, check minds/MeWe/NOSTR, and even do some of my work work while pedaling. I love being able to multitask.
