From a marketing perspective, ‘Bitcoin’ and ‘Satoshi Nakamoto’ are very interesting because you can use them any way you want, for any content or material, without worry of copyright issues.

Yes, but it is only due to the decentralized nature of bitcoin and also the fact that Satoshi Nakamoto is apparently dead (there is no one to oppose the use). However, as the result, it is possible to use both terms similarly to, for example, the term "butter", or "money", etc. But there is a question whether the greater marketing potential is in fact in a label that can be protected. I mean, as regards the term "bitcoin", everyone can use it, not only you and/or me.
