"lightning payments fail too much"

Wow. I didnāt know thatās a thing.
Come to think of it, there are many times when I swipe/tap and it does not work. This happens A LOT.
For some reason my lightning payments are failing. Not sure why and havenāt had the time to look into it.

Not to mention how often the point of sale systems go down. Off the top of my head, the gas station near my place has been down twice in the last year or so - and that's the times I know about, I don't go there every day.
Itās got so much worse in the last couple of months.
Overall credit card transaction failure rate is something like 25%. Debit cards are somewhat better, but still very high.
But are these valid transactions with network failures or fraud/ misskeys of details? I can't remember the last time I had an online credit card transaction failure
