We have a bum problem that's been growing over the past few years. It sucks. My council man in Norristown sucks. This is his house. It's full of trash and is vacant for over 2 yrs. He used to live here till he got elected.

The bums are always sitting on his step hanging out n shit.

When I called him today he was as worthless as ever. Made excuses for everything. Made excuses for his trash ass house looks this way for a yr. He acted like he had no idea what was going on.

I don't wanna be forced to move.
