I’ve heard about MCT oils but never really dove into the benefits. This is great to know, thank you.

I’ve done a handful of 48 hour fasts, and just two 72 hour.

I generally fast 24 hours every Tuesday night to Wednesday night.

So, fatty acid chains less than 10 carbons long are absorbed directly into the bloodstream with no digestion or immune intervention because the molecules are small enough to not pose a pathogenic threat to the body. It’s literally pure rocket fuel for a fat adapted person. It might cause some diarrhea if you don’t have a gall bladder or or not fat adapted.

I’m so happy to help. I have a few years of pre-med and independent study I’m drawing off of. Medical doctors know how these systems in the body work, but they don’t educate people. Instead they wait for type II diabetes to set in and prescribe insulin. Sure, it will extent the dietary abuse for a few years, but ultimately it seals a person’s fate.
