Theyβre sports. I used to be a tournament chess player. Grueling. Itβs a sport, maybe not athletic in the cardiovascular sense, but itβs a sport.
Iβve heard people do actually lose a considerable amount. Of weight during those events.
Yup. Your brain is on overdrive for 3-5 hours straight. Itβs the closest feeling to being at war Iβve ever had.
