Pattern I see is multiply the first two numbers horizontally, then in the next square subtract one from the second number. So the first row of it had another number would be 28.

So you get 8*2 at the bottom, or 16

But I’m curious what other pattern some else sees. I noticed a comment that was just attracting the 1st from the 3rd of each row. Which could also work and you could just keep going with skipping a block and then subtracting the next set. So the 1st row continued would be 29, or 35-6.
