Cooler yogurt verdict: not bad! But the other yogurt I cultured from Goshen Homestead Creamery’s yogurt is better (cooler yogurt was ultimately derived from a storebought yogurt).

Goshen makes the absolute best yogurt I’ve had in my life, but sadly, I can’t get it in my area… so I took a sample when it was being served at an event and grew my own 💪

It tastes almost as perfect and delicious as the original, and I only used an instant pot instead of fancy equipment, so I’m calling it a win.
