Nostr suffers terribly by leadership all having gigantic accounts, so that they don't know how dull and lonely and frustrating Nostr can be for the remaining 99,996% of us, down here in the steerage class.

Leadership? There's influencers but not much in the way of leadership. That's difficult to develop.

Everyone with a large npub is automatically a leader, since they determine what everyone else sees. They're at least gatekeepers.
