i’ve been getting back in the habit of running most mornings. really been trying to focus on breathing thru my nose exclusively while i’m running.

getting used to it is difficult, but something i’ve noticed is that during my cooldown, i seem to return to my RHR, or at least close to it, way way way faster. the implications for recovery are pretty interesting.

anyway, that’s my little update from my life. GM NOSTR! let’s get this 🍞! got a little coffee and liquid IV (sugar free of course 😜) going this morning.
