Unlike our free, democratic country, Ukraine hasn't held elections, since we invaded them. It's a dictatorship.
Terrible. Just terrible. Tsk. Tsk.

Lol Putin is a classic dictator. And who the fuck faults a country being invaded for not having their people (and presumably soldiers and other officials) gather in concentrated areas to vote? (An asshole dictator who just wants to weaken an enemy).
A large portion of the men are literally fighting in trenches, at the moment. And half of the population are refugees outside of the country and can barely tell what is going on back home. And how do the people in the occupied territories cast a vote?
Whole discussion is just bizarre.
Democracy robs freedom from minorities and from individuals.
Democracy is not freedom.
Unalienable rights and infivifual free agemcy guarantee the rights of minorities and individuals.
An unalieanable right is a right that cannot be taken away, not even by a 100% majority vote. Unalienable rights cannot be legislated away, and they cannot be ruled away by a supreme court. Government institutions cannot add qualifiers to unalienable rights or dilute them.
America is not a democracy. It is a Republic based on unalienable rights. The US constitution doesn't grant rights. Goverments have no authority over unalienable rights. The US Constituion explicitly tells the government that it shall not infringe on those rights.
Democracy is the biggest oppressor of all time.
Interesting point.
Democracy can have such mechanisms though, veto is another example. So you can call it democracy.
USA is a republic that chooses their reprasentatives in the legislative through a democratic ballot.
Yes, but you are missing the key point.
The key point is those elected officials have no authority over unalienable rights. All they can do is protect those rights or infringe on those rights. No form of democracy has power over unalienable rights. Nobody has authority over unalienable rights.
What has always made America unique is that it is based on unalienable rights.
That is true. Well, that the Constitution is meant to restrict the government.
Putin has the approval of the vast majority of Russians, but being ruling the country for so long, really makes him a kind of dictator.
Not as much a Zelensky though...
But Putin has been elected and re-elected 😉
It's a cry for help.
Deine Gewalt ist nur ein stummer Schrei nach Liebe
Deine Springerstiefel sehnen sich nach Zärtlichkeit
Du hast nie gelernt dich zu artikulieren
Und deine Eltern hatten niemals für dich Zeit
Oh oh oh, Arschloch
