Looking at global and all the bot spam, I get why most people quit nostr right away. Low quality shit content spit everywhere. It is alot of work to make anything of a good feed, landing page with trending hashtags will solve this and global can just go away it's so bad.

Oh I don’t know if it’s that bad , I do get a lot of dross but it’s what it is , a global , as we grow it’ll need to change for sure , what can we do to improve it ?

This is true… for now! we will need some forward thinking folk to provide solutions.
Bots and spammers need some sort of global mute silence or temporary protocol ban if breaking spam rules.
New users could be suggested people and or hashtags to follow, maybe people on this list are nostr donors relay operators devs sponsors etc
I dunno , we seem to just have to add control and guidance like this.
The lack of that is what I love about #nostr
