Looking forward to listening to this on my drive home.

Thanks just called my local office today! Greening my desert!

This was a great show. Thank you!

I am looking into moving to Tennessee to find a new piece of land, so this is timely for me.

This information is valuable, especially after losing my seed business, home and cars here in southwest Florida after Hurricane Ian.

Believe it or not (and I can't believe I am saying this because I am an anarcho-capitalist with a capital A) the "lower echelons" of the ABC agencies really do everything they can to help. FEMA made sure everything was in order with getting me a place to live after the hurricane, and checked every little thing to make sure the trailer was always maintained. Anytime I called, maintenance was there in less than an hour.

I am not religious, but one FEMA rep even asked if he could say a prayer for me for recovery and renewal, holding my hands. I was so touched. There is the usual red tape, but behind the bloat of government there are very caring people.

Becca sounds just as caring. It is good that we can actually get back some of our tax money for good things to benefit ourselves and our communities.
