A wider perspective can help you to appreciate something special like Bitcoin; this is better than relying largely on an already converted set of authors.

I was debating wether all the books I've listened to about similar and related topics and economics in general would fit into the list but there would have been like 11 by Thomas Sowell and the list would have been way too long so, I had to keep it narrow but yes. I would add “The creature from Jekyll Island” to that list. This was published before Bitcoin however it is a good primer on the creation of the Fed, inflation during colonial and post-colonial America, etc.
