I’m really glad! If you are feeling anxious or stressed I think you have the right approach. I tend to just cut off for a while and realize how many of the boundaries and restrictions in my life are just my own expectations and false walls. I head out into some nature or just sit in the back and watch my kid be fascinated with grass. I take any sort of time to just be with myself. Always helps when I’m feeling overwhelmed.

Also something that is always great advice is make sure you’ve been eating right and cut it back to basics for a while. Bad eating habits and getting off my balance almost always messes with my emotional state. I fall back to bacon and eggs, steak, and some good quality canned vegetables cooked in my bacon and steak fat. Do that for a week and it’s like magic in clearing my headspace.

What fascinates me the most is that I don't need to be a doctor to recognize the effectiveness of your recommendations. The solution you have provided is simple and natural, and although it may have taken me years of experience to discover it on my own, I am sincerely grateful to have found it now.

I apologize for repeating myself, I really needed this because my previous lifestyle was no longer a viable option, and I was uncertain about what to do.

However, with the proper framework you have provided, I now have a completely new perspective on things.
