try a nettypot & clean your front door(nose & mouth) before it can take hold(further down/lungs), rinse & repeat until no burn(sign of virus). all the best

it takes a small learning curve(get the feel) but sustained me & mine thru the crazy & was a reinforcing add/ nofear/peace
