Funny because it’s true, but also one of the things I dislike most about restaurant food - too salty 🧂
Some people way over do it.
Yes definitely… in fine dining most chefs are not brave enough with seasoning… and it’s difficult cause the edge of elegance and underseasoned are really close.

At the moment we are fine, also cause numbers are really bad at the moment in fine dining … inflation is crazy, people stop spending their money and everything gets more expensive.
