Seems to be a huge diffrence in LED quality too. My 15w incandecent bulbs flicker 11-12%, 40w at 7,5%, the worst of the LEDs I have flicker 95%, the best ones around 1,5-2%. Haven't tested my 60w incandecent bulbs, I also have a few very old 150w bulbs I should test. I used the new cornet meter to measure flicker.
