The best productivity technique I ever used was Jerry Seinfeld’s Don’t Break the Chain. I committed to 15 minutes Yoga every day, no matter what and checked off every day in a fitness app, which showed the streak to like minded people. I kept my streak going for 2 years, and motivated a ton of people, some of them are still going. By the end I was doing handstand push ups and muscle ups. Just realized that I am doing the same now by closing my Apple move rings, but upped the ante with a caloric minimum. Only when I feel really really comfortable, I raise my move goal by 10 calories. It is not a sprint, but a marathon through life.
