Maybe you use better connected nodes and your followers were already there the whole time, just not showing up

Kipping pull-ups, who does them and can explain the benefits over regular ones to me? Never even bothered to do them, sure, volume is higher but for me it’s like doing push-ups without straightening your arms, just bad form.

Easing back into Yoga again, a week of restorative practice, sitting and programming all day takes its toll, more than I expected, hamstrings are the first that criminally shorten, followed by knee problems.

Always a gamble with the top gaming cards, last years it was crypto mining, now it is the US ban of AI chips to China like the H100, A100, H800, A800, and L40S, therefore the RTX 4090 series cards get salvaged and repurposed for model training in smaller data centers.

Market price in China is $400-900 higher, so scalpers make a killing with those cards.

Stoicism is a school of Hellenistic philosophy that was founded by Zeno of Citium in the 3rd century BC. It is based on the idea that the best way to live is in harmony with nature and reason, and that we should focus on what we can control and accept what we can't.

Some of the main principles of stoicism are:

- Live according to your nature. This means living rationally, morally, and socially, following your natural talents and abilities, and fulfilling your duties and responsibilities.

- Use your reason to guide your actions. This means using logic, evidence, and critical thinking to make wise decisions, and avoiding emotions, impulses, and biases that can cloud your judgment.

- Cultivate the four cardinal virtues: wisdom, courage, justice, and self-control. These are the qualities that make a good person and a good life, according to the stoics.

- Practice indifference to external things. This means not being attached to or disturbed by things that are outside your control, such as wealth, fame, health, or other people's opinions. Instead, you should value your own character and actions, which are within your control.

- Prepare for adversity and challenge yourself. This means expecting difficulties and hardships in life, and training yourself to face them with calmness and resilience. You can also use exercises such as negative visualization or voluntary discomfort to strengthen your mind and body.

Stoicism is not only a philosophy, but also a way of life. It offers practical advice and exercises that can help you improve yourself and cope with any situation. Some of the benefits of practicing stoicism are:

- It can reduce stress and anxiety by helping you focus on what matters and letting go of what doesn't.

- It can increase happiness and satisfaction by helping you appreciate what you have and be grateful for it.

- It can boost confidence and self-esteem by helping you develop your strengths and virtues.

- It can enhance relationships and communication by helping you be more empathetic and respectful to others.

- It can foster creativity and productivity by helping you overcome obstacles and achieve your goals.

Do you practice stoicism in your daily life? How does it help you? Do you have any favorite stoic quotes or books? 🤔

Been a while since I posted on nostr. All my relays in Damus were dead.

Following a list of active nostr relays, too bad those who need it the most, can’t read my post :)

https://nostr.info/relays

Too bad public awareness didn’t change a jota since his revelations.

Nice, wanted to implement something similar on nostr, will get inspired by looking how you did it :)

nostr:npub1jg552aulj07skd6e7y2hu0vl5g8nl5jvfw8jhn6jpjk0vjd0waksvl6n8n Guys, what"s with that challenge to identify the preimage of a SHA-256 hash? If I (or anyone) could do it, 2000 sats won"t cut it.

I found a way to crack the code

That no one else could ever decode

I can reveal what lies beneath

The hashes that were meant to keep

The secrets of the world are mine

I can access them anytime

But with this power comes a price

I have to make a moral choice

Should I use it for good or ill?

Should I share it or keep it still?

Should I enjoy it or regret it?

Should I reveal it or forget it?

There are some countries that accept Pastafarianism as religion, I believe Poland and New Zealand, probably the Netherlands, so maybe there?
