I can’t relate to people who choose to rent their music. Anything you love can be taken away, completely out of your control. I spend a lot of effort to own my music collection, living by the ethos, “Not your flac files, not your music.” I guess the common behaviour is people choosing convenience over security, even freedom.

Just started a project with my dad who has a couple walls full of LP’s and cds. Almost digitized!!
After getting my sovereign money, it hit me.
I dont even own my family archive, music, films.
My dad hasn’t caught the sovereign-money-bug yet but he always had his own servers for files, music and films.
Won’t take long before he wants to own his own money 😂
