Yes. I don't need more weight, as a lateral raise isn't a strength movement.

Like my recent day two of Push is:

Jerk from each, technique

OHP Top 5, then 4x8-12

Skull crush 4x12-15

Pec dec same

Lateral raise same

Eccentrics are more hypertrophic. I hit power and strength in Barbell movements.
