Yes, just got off the chat box. Didnt get a phone call, but i was able to get a human on the chat. Got my issue resolved. The phone number listed doesnt work anymore though.

To be fair I don't know if the UK one still works. I haven't used it in a while. It used to be a normal London number 0207 084 7911
