Neither me, but I need to know how to do that verification step by step

- On notabot.net press top right (profile picture) button.
- three options: middle one is "find user." Press this.
- search the npub that you're looking to verify and press "verify now" button above their profile picture
- press "sign" button at bottom
You must have been verified by someone before you will be allowed to verify others.
