GM! What we learned yesterday, after my note about bombing is, people are either:
1. Anti-war, full-stop.
2. Anti-war, BUT….
My heart bleeds for every child that has ever felt a terror of the war. I don’t care about their nation, religion, skin color, or who caused the terror. If it was caused by my own kind, more reasons for my heart to bleed. I’m sending a lot of hugs to those in the second group, and I pray you find peace- God knows you need it.

Bitcoiners are the ones showing their true colors with the “BUT” part 😤 honestly, I expect better from this community.
There's probably a million ways to justify the fight of a legitimately defensive war... and definitionally that would put many people in group 2, though I think many of those would feel more at home in group 1. This is even if it means you enemy's children end up cowering in fear, or any other terrible inhumane outcome.
That said, with reference to specific wars in recent decades, if you have to travel halfway around the world to fight... Then it's not a defensive war.
I agree it’s not black and white. If you are forced to defend your family, I support you to defend your family. However, I do not support you in killing other innocent people. The line of self defense and cruel, evil behavior must exist. As for the second part of your note- couldn’t agree more.
I'm anti war. Totally. We're not going to change human nature though. Even in a world of total abundance, there's still going to be those drawn to violence.
I agree, however, justifying deaths of innocent people just because of their nationality is another level is evil
