I have water in my ear. The clicking and popping noises are driving me crazy! 😖

Head to that side and jump up and down. 🤷 works for me.
I scrubbed with a q-tip after my shower, so I think it's inside my inner ear. Ugh!
Sometimes a heating pad, on low, with you lying on your affected side with your ear pressed against it, will release the trapped water by steam evaporation. I have successfully done this several times. I used to suffer ear infections from swimming lessons when I was 6 years old.
