They probably already do. But it's its analog imperfect version. Still, better incentives and properties than USD.
Yea but as they generally wont touch what they cannot repair or build themselves most chip based electronics would be a no-go, along with the tech that relies on that tech.
Im not entirely sure why they would even have a strong need for money with such behaviour as trade wouldnt be as common? Idk, someone would need to enlighten me on that one.
