Hey, Are you using Desktop with the extension or Primal mobile?
Maybe you have set a budget before and hit the limit?
Or sometimes Nostr doesn't provide real-time updates on zaps, check your relay settings

Primal on mobile. I also tried profile zapping in Damus and that didn't work either. I don't think I have a budget set and I received a zap on this post. Now I'm having trouble connecting to my Alby account via Zeus and I can't access my main computer with the extension downloaded bc I'm traveling without it. Guess I'll have to dig into it later 🤷♂️
Turns out I just needed to reconnect after being logged out. I didn't realize there was an expiry on the login. Thanks!
