Try to think of the people who said something awkward to you in the past 3 weeks and how little it bothered you
And than just flip it
You can try grounding exercises to help you focus on the present. It can be as simple as deep breathing and focusing on your breaths. Some people do the 5-4-3-2-1 technique too. They both take just a few minutes.
