Instead of shocking your body with a cold drink filled with vegetables that are likely hard on your stomach to digest, starting your day with a warm cup of bone broth would serve you better. It’s super healing for the gut microbiome, nourishing, warm and has protein which would also keep you fuller longer. Kettle & Fire makes delicious bone broths. However you’re great in the kitchen. Why not be able to stack some sats AND better your health?! How does one do this? Make your own bone broth. You can feed your family a delicious meal and then make a fantastic bone broth from the bones. 🙌🏻

Sold ! I made oxtail bone broth last week it was delicious but never thought about that for breakfast 🤤

Yes yes yes!! I’ve been enjoying starting my day with a cup or two of bone broth. For years I used to start my day with a protein shake and add spinach and sometimes berries to it but I stopped doing that over 1.5 years ago and I don’t think I could go back. I would much rather enjoy something warm with natural protein in its purest form. Eating your calories instead of drinking them is much better too. Just by focusing on consuming protein and fat, you will feel incredible. People think vegetables are the way to better health but I beg to differ since enjoying a “dirty” carnivore diet.
