I get it. I spend so much time looking at the 1h chart.
Looking at the monthly line chart without all the volatility helps.
I don't even look at the 1h. But we've already made 100% off the bottom and I'll have access to a substantial amount of money in about a month's time, so it's a bit annoying and gives me FOMO. In the bigger picture it's still not that bad, as the rainbow chart shows.
