The key is inflammation imo.

Try cold showers and Hot saunas. Heat shock proteins kill fat cells and decrease inflammation.

Eating lots of carbs causes inflammations. Dont eat carbs. Dont snack. Snacking multiple times a day spikes your insulin levels and leads inflammation.

Eat one big meal once per day. I basically live off steak, eggs and bacon. And occasional pizza or chocolate on a cheat day.

Maybe do a 4 day fast once or twice a year.

I found swimming to be great activity, works your whole mode, improves stamina and posture. I try do that 3x week.

Inflammation is absolutely key and that’s good advice. Find what works for you and stick with it. Experiment as well as we’re all a bit different.

I am exactly privellaged at all. Eating meat is a lot cheaper than eat junk food, snacks, cereal, bread, butter, and fruit+salads over the long run.

on the one hand: some ppl unfortunately do have a whole household to feed with ~40 euros a week so a steak wouldnt be the best idea there

The cheapest form of health is good food, adequate sleep, and sunlight. Those are all things the first humans had and everyone can get. Issue is time.

You gotta find a way to make your time work so that you can set a trap for a deer or rabbit. Forage for root veggies like sweet potatoes, and fruits from trees that grow in nature, drink goats milk, or raw milk from a cow.

The goal is to consume the most nutritious foods you can, get plenty sleep, and sunlight. You may wanna throw in moments of gratitude as well 🌻💫🧡
