The key is inflammation imo.
Try cold showers and Hot saunas. Heat shock proteins kill fat cells and decrease inflammation.
Eating lots of carbs causes inflammations. Dont eat carbs. Dont snack. Snacking multiple times a day spikes your insulin levels and leads inflammation.
Eat one big meal once per day. I basically live off steak, eggs and bacon. And occasional pizza or chocolate on a cheat day.
Maybe do a 4 day fast once or twice a year.
I found swimming to be great activity, works your whole mode, improves stamina and posture. I try do that 3x week.
