They kept the murder charges pending for over 3 years after his initial conviction. Coincidentally they waited until after his scotus challenge to being sentenced for crimes he wasn't convicted of was denied. That's wierd, but as long as the investigation was 'open' they could deny his lawyers access to the material. All just an honest day's work for very noble and upstanding federal prosecutors, I'm sure.

I'm open to them being dishonest. But I think they're stupid and lazy, and the only way they faked that transcript was by hiring a creative writer type. And it would be amazing if they kept quiet all this time.

some of the investigators actually got convicted for some fraud if I remember correctly.

and also I think it never was proven that these messages are by him. (I need to read up on that agin)
