Just prayed and put it in God's hands. I can't handle stuff anymore. Mentally exhausted. And the Bible says when we can't handle a burden to pray about it and put faith in God, no matter how hard the answer or path.
Exactly brother I had a breakdown not to long ago were I was mentally exhausted like you but I dealt with it in a negative way and ended up fighting for my life lucky the ambulance workers knew they're stuff or I was a gonner. But yes prayer is always there for us sometime we forget that is a tool in are armour.
