My neighbor seems to be dying (in large part from smoking).
He's old and cant get around so I help him with things around the house.
He's asking me to get him cigarettes.
This is a strange feeling, but I know I'd want them if I were in his shoes... No turning back now I suppose.
I would help him by enabling him to do as much as he can himself.
