Curious about your thoughts on Dr. Jack Kruse. On one hand, his work on circadian biology makes a lot of sense. On the other hand, he’s pretty overweight so I’m not sure how much I trust his health advice.

Where do you stand on this?

Im not under assumption that a little fat is unhealthy. In fact i think its necessary. So i dont care. Stay mobile and thats what matters. If im as old as jack and still here its a good day.
